good info. sekurang-kurangnya kita kene minum 6-7 gelas air sehari yer, Kak sweetie jarang minum air banyak sebab tak rasa haus, tapi kulit pula jadi kering.hmm

aha, air mmg sepatutnya kena mnum byk .. mcm amy ni mmg kuat mnum air masak .. klo xckup air or xda air nak mnum mmg tekak rasa mcm nak skt , mcm nak demam .. dari dulu smpai skrg mmg kuat mnum air .. tapi xamal lagi la mnum mcm dlm entry ni .. nnt insyaAllah nak ikut .. ;P
